First create a setting Apn: wap.stel.in Proxy: 10.11.8.5 Port : 9401 Homepage: wap.stel.in
Now goto web/internet use the created setting and open homepage.
Now minimise ur browser and go to ucweb handler. Use front query Wap.stel.in.php.foxyn.com/cgi-bin/nph-get.cgi/0A/http/ And leave everything blank and press ok
Note:u can use it in any balance . To download u need to copy download url and paste in new task in downloa manager
